John Fundingsland

John Fundingsland has over 30 years of experience in the IT, consulting and BPO support services industries. John started their career in 1991 as an Engineer at Westlake Studios. In 1999, they became a Senior Project Manager IT at Boeing, where they developed solutions to deliver technical/operational understanding in conjunction with site-wide technology revisions. In 2003, they became the Head of Data Management Services and Offshore Operations at HMPLLC, where they were responsible for offshore outsourcing solutions for medical coding and other BPO services. In 2006, they became the Site Head Technical Training at Genentech, where they developed a robust compliance training program. In 2011, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Omega Healthcare Management Services, where they managed enterprise consisting of over 3500 employees. In 2012, they became the Vice President and General Manager at RevCycle+ T-System, where they were responsible for billing operations providing Revenue Management for 105 client sites. In 2013, they became the VP BPS Sales, Operations and Advisor Relations - Americas and VP and Head of US Healthcare BPO at Hexaware Technologies, where they were responsible for both business development and the operational delivery on and off shore. In 2019, they became the Co-Founder and Advisor at KREATR. John is currently employed at LTIMindtree as the Healthcare and Life Sciences Platform Services - Sales and Strategic Enablement.

John Fundingsland obtained their MBA in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of La Verne in 2010, having started their studies in 2008.
