Ishan Bose is the Chief Marketing Officer at KreditBee, a part of the core founding team of KreditBee, India's Largest Instant Online Personal Loan Platform for Young Professionals. Ishan is directly accountable for both the GMV & Count of Loans on the KreditBee platform.

Ishan's roles & responsibilities include: 1. Handling the entire gamut of Performance Marketing activities which include, but are not limited to Organic User Acquisition (SEO/ASO), Inorganic User Acquisition (Google Search Ads/SEM, Google Play Ads/UAC, Facebook Ads/SMM, Ad Networks, Ad Exchanges, Publishers, DSPs, Affiliate Partnerships), Ad Fraud Management, User Retention & Re-engagement (Campaign Management, Automation via SMS Marketing/ Email Marketing/ Push Notifications/ IVR/ Automated OBDs/ App Inbox/ In-App Notifications) and Re-targeting. 2. Handling the Brand Marketing activities which include, but are not limited to Brand Building, Digital Media Optimisation, Content Marketing, Influencer Marketing & Online Reputation Management. 3. Handling Product Marketing to enhance the product flow & customer experience to optimise the acquisition metrics (Funnel Optimisation from App Install to Loan Disbursement) & retention metrics (Lifetime Value). Also, driving Market Research to get insights from direct competitors, indirect competitors, substitutes, industry players and the market overall. 4. Guiding the Creative Team to build & implement the creative strategy to optimise Performance & Brand Marketing campaigns, both offline & online. 5. Managing teams across communication, distribution and service channels including the TeleSales, Field Sales, and Customer Support.

Ishan has also worked as an Angel Investor at ProBano and as a Blogger at Medium and LinkedIn Pulse. Ishan has also been a Speaker at TEDxDTU.

[[Ishan Bose attended the Indian Institute of Management, Indore from 2012-2014 and earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a focus in General Management and Marketing. During their time at IIM Indore, Ishan was a member of the Finance Network and the organizing committee of Klueless 8. Ishan was also among the top 5% of their class in Brand Management and among the top 3 students in their class in Creativity & Innovation. Ishan's summer internship project at Heinz India was shortlisted for the 'Best Summer Internship Project Award' at IIM Indore.
