Nagaraj Chindi

Nagaraj Chindi, PMP®, has extensive experience in the technology industry, with a focus on quality assurance and project management. Most recently, they served as the Head of Quality Assurance at KreditBee, India's largest fintech platform for personal loans. In this role, they aimed to make KreditBee the top choice for young professionals seeking quick and convenient personal loans.

Prior to their role at KreditBee, Nagaraj worked at Huawei Technologies India, where they held several leadership positions. As the Director of Engineering, they oversaw the handset customization team for multiple markets and delivered Huawei Android smartphones. Nagaraj also provided leadership to software development teams, implemented Agile practices, and managed project planning, scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation.

Before their role as Director of Engineering, Nagaraj was a Delivery Leader and Senior Project Manager at Huawei Technologies India. In this role, they led a team of over 50 engineers and delivered connection manager software to USB data card modems for CDMA, 3G, and LTE technologies. Nagaraj also played a key role in global delivery of Huawei smartphones, ensuring product quality for various markets.

Prior to their time at Huawei, Nagaraj worked in various roles at Jataayu Software and Samsung India Software Operations, where they gained experience in software testing, GSM, GPRS, and browser and mobile handset testing.

Throughout their career, Nagaraj has demonstrated a strong ability to streamline processes, improve efficiency and quality, and deliver successful projects. Nagaraj has expertise in test management, certification, project planning, and team leadership.

Nagaraj Chindi, PMP® holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electronics & Communications from Karnatak University. Nagaraj also completed their P.U.C (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology) from Bangurnagar Composite PU College in Dandeli, Karnataka. In addition to their formal education, Nagaraj Chindi has obtained certifications in Technical Product Management from LinkedIn and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in December 2016.
