Ernita Rahmawati

Ernita Rahmawati currently serves as Senior Legal Manager at FinAccel, where responsibilities include advising, analyzing, and reviewing commercial documents, as well as overseeing operational and compliance matters since August 2019. Prior to this role, Ernita was associated with Oentoeng Suria & Partners in collaboration with Ashurst, progressing from Legal Intern to Associate from March 2015 to August 2019, focusing on transaction law in M&A, financing, capital markets, and corporate matters. Ernita completed a Bachelor of Law at Diponegoro University from 2011 to 2015 and attended SMA Negeri 70 Jakarta from 2008 to 2011.
