Khaerul Umam

Khaerul Umam is a skilled Machine Learning Engineer with extensive experience in developing intelligent systems. Currently at FinAccel since November 2019, Khaerul focuses on innovative machine learning solutions. Previously at Lenna.ai from October 2018 to November 2019, Khaerul achieved breakthroughs in chatbot intelligence, improving accuracy in intent prediction and enhancing Natural Language Understanding capabilities. Khaerul also contributed with face recognition features and blog articles. Earlier experience includes a role at PT. Graha Sumber Prima Elektronik as a Staff IT - Machine Learning RnD, where Khaerul developed a face recognition attendance system and conducted R&D on vision-based artificial intelligence projects. Khaerul holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Universitas Gadjah Mada, obtained in 2017.
