Balaji Sridharan

Balaji Sridharan is the Co-Founder & CEO at KredosAI. Prior to KredosAI, they were the Vice President, Internet of Things (IoT) at T-Mobile from January 2011 to December 2019. In this role, they directed a team of 40+ individuals across Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology, and Strategy in initiatives driving growth across all key areas of IoT - connectivity, developer segment, consumer, and industrial focused IoT solutions.

Before T-Mobile, Balaji Sridharan was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey and Company from January 2007 to December 2011. In this role, they provided leadership and problem-solving expertise to top Sales, Marketing, and Technology management of major corporations on most important issues. Balaji also developed and managed client relationships.

Balaji Sridharan started their career as a Program Manager at OAT Systems from January 2003 to December 2005. In this role, they managed service delivery in a small startup company focused on implementing cutting-edge Radio Frequency Identification technology to support key supply chain processes. Balaji also supported the development of templatized solutions and led deployments of innovative Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) processes in high volume manufacturing facilities located in China, Korea, Brazil and Mexico.

Balaji Sridharan has a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Madras. Balaji also has a Master of Science in Manufacturing Engineering and MEMS from the University of California, Los Angeles. Finally, they have a Master of Business Administration in Finance and General from the Wharton School.
