Prabal Goel

Prabal Goel started their career in 2011 as a Team Member at Northern Arc Capital. Prabal then worked as a Legal Associate at SNG and Partners from 2013 to 2016. In 2016, they joined ECL Finance as a Legal Manager. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Team Manager at L&T Financial Services. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Legal and Compliance at KredX since July 2020.

Prabal Goel completed their Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (B.A.LL.B) Honors degree from the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, where they studied law from 2006 to 2011. Prabal also obtained a Limited Insolvency Examination qualification from the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India.

In terms of additional certifications, Prabal Goel obtained various qualifications over the years. In 2014, they completed a course on Financial Maths from Alison - Empower Yourself. In 2018, they completed an Introduction to Financial Markets course from Coursera, Indian School of Business. In 2019, they obtained a specialization in Foundational Finance for Strategic Decision Making from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business on Coursera. In 2020, they completed the Valuation for Startups Using Discounted Cash Flows Approach course from Coursera-Yonsei University and the Cash Flow Management Basics course from Alison - Empower Yourself. Finally, in 2022, they obtained a certification in The Metaverse and NFT from Alison - Empower Yourself.
