Barbara Rudziks

Barbara Rudziks currently serves as Prezes zarządu and Wiceprezes Zarządu at Kredyt Inkaso since April 2020. Prior to this role, Barbara was Chief Executive Officer at Cross Loan SA from October 2018 to April 2020, where notable achievements included operational model transformation, funding model improvement, and costs optimization. From January 2009 to April 2020, Barbara held the position of Członek Zarządu at BEST Grupa Kapitałowa, overseeing various departments with more than 300 employees. Previous experience includes serving as Director of the Sales and Call Centre Department at GE Money Bank and holding various positions in telemarketing there from 1998 to 2008. Barbara Rudziks earned a Master's degree in Enterprise Management from Gdynia Maritime University between 1996 and 2001.
