MacIej J. Szymanski

Maciej J. Szymanski has extensive leadership experience in various sectors, currently serving as Vice-President of the Management Board, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Kredyt Inkaso since October 2016. Prior to this role, Maciej was a Principal at Waterland Private Equity from February 2015 to August 2018, where the focus was on mid-sized company investments and growth strategies in fragmented markets. Maciej also held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Empik Media & Fashion SA from March 2010 to May 2014, overseeing a public retail group with a significant presence in multiple countries. Earlier career accomplishments include senior roles at SEPHORA, managing markets in Greater China and France, and various leadership positions at Optimum Distribution, BIC, and Peugeot Poland. Education includes an Executive MBA from INSEAD and other advanced degrees from IAE de Lyon and the University of Lodz.
