Kathleen Hoefnagels

Kathleen Hoefnagels is currently serving as Bestuurslid at JINC België since June 2020, where the focus is on providing equal opportunities for children from disadvantaged backgrounds to enter the job market. Prior to this, Kathleen held the position of HR-manager at De Kringwinkel Antwerpen, emphasizing the importance of giving both goods and people a second chance. With a background in social sciences and logopedics, Kathleen has also been involved in various organizations such as School in zicht vzw, KRAS JEUGDWERK, Emino, and Tempera, where Kathleen conducted research in areas like education, labor, youth work, culture, and behavioral economics. Kathleen's past roles include being a Parlementair medewerker at the Senaat and a Projectmedewerker at Boek.be.
