The Human Resources team at Kringwinkel Antwerpen manages employee relations, recruitment, and retention for nearly 400 staff members, many of whom face challenges in the labor market. The team, comprising an HR manager, two payroll assistants, and a Level 2 Prevention Advisor, ensures timely and accurate payroll processing, develops initiatives to enhance workplace safety and well-being, and supports the professional growth and development of employees within the organization.
