Eric Eigen is an experienced executive in the food industry, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Krinos Foods since 2023 and Founder of Pocket King Foods since 2022. Previously, Eric held key leadership roles including Chief Operating Officer at Wonder Meats, Inc. from June 2020 to June 2021, and Chief Supply Chain & Marketing Officer at Ferraro Foods from September 2010 to May 2020. Prior to that, Eric was COO & Managing Director at Capital Solutions International from 2008 to August 2010 and Director of Contract and Margin Management at Performance Food Group from 1999 to 2007.
