Richard Tanner

Richard Tanner is a Senior Finance Consultant at Krinvest Care Group. Richard has over 20 years of experience in finance and corporate management.

Richard started their career as a Group Accountant at Brixton plc in 1996. Richard moved to The Milton Group in 2002 and became their Finance Director in 2003. In 2004 they became a Partner at Lathe Investments where they remained until 2014 when they merged the business with Ellandi and took on the role of Finance Director/CFO. Richard remained in this role until August 2018 when they joined Krinvest Care Group.

At Ellandi, Richard was responsible for all finance and corporate related matters, including equity and debt relationships, structuring, fund and investor reporting, as well as co-managing deal-flow, investments (sales and purchases) and fund and asset management. Richard also set up and led finance and project teams as required.

At Lathe Investments, Richard was responsible for strategy, equity and debt raising, corporate and tax structuring, listed and unlisted funds and joint ventures, acquisitions, sales, project management, high quality corporate, investor and financial reporting. Richard also set up and managed 6 private equity funds and a company on AIM - gross assets > £200 m.

Richard Tanner studied economics at Manchester University, followed by Lancing College.
