Senior Yoga Teacher Trainer at Kripalu

Brahmani Liebman has extensive experience in the field of yoga and wellness. Brahmani started their career in 1992 when they founded The Rivertown Center for Yoga & Health, where they served as the founder until 2013. In 1994, Brahmani became a Master/Teacher of Transcendental Reiki, a healing energy focused on love and compassion. Brahmani offered trainings to others to align with this energy and promote healing. In 2000, Brahmani co-founded and became the director of Journey Into Yoga LLC - School of Yoga, which offered retreats and trainings in yoga, meditation, and yoga teacher training. At this school, they integrated Kripalu Yoga with Buddhist teachings and emphasized being fully present in the moment. Lastly, in 2006, Brahmani became a Senior Yoga Teacher Trainer at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. Throughout their career, Brahmani's work has focused on promoting well-being, healing, and self-awareness through various yoga and energy healing practices.

Brahmani Liebman's education history starts in 1969 when they enrolled in City University of New York-Herbert H. Lehman College to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education and Teaching, which they completed in 1973. Subsequently, from 1975 to 1977, Liebman continued their education at the same institution, earning a Master of Education - MEd degree with a focus on Media in Education.

Moving forward to 1989, Liebman attended the Kripalu School of Yoga for two years, completing a Yoga Teacher Training program that consisted of 500 hours. Brahmani then expanded their knowledge and skills in the field of Yoga by attending the Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy in 1991, where they obtained a Yoga Therapy Certification.

Throughout their education journey, Liebman has primarily focused on areas such as Elementary Education, Teaching, and Yoga.
