Vasily Rotin

Vasily Rotin has more than five years of work experience in the field of information technology. Vasily started their career in 2015 as an Information Technology Specialist at National Ambulance. In this role, they were responsible for purchasing, installing, and maintaining hardware and software components, providing support for various devices and network systems, and managing software installations and database maintenance.

In 2019, Vasily joined Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health as a Senior Systems Engineer. Here, they deployed a new HCI Dell VxRail cluster, performed upgrades on VMware vSphere, and upgraded the core network to 40 Gigabit Ethernet.

In 2020, Vasily moved to Rediker Software as a Network Engineer. Vasily worked in this role until December 2021.

Overall, Vasily has gained expertise in system deployment, network engineering, hardware and software maintenance, and database management.

Vasily Rotin completed a Bachelor of Computer Science and Computer Engineering degree from MUH, starting in 2004 and finishing in 2009. Following this, Vasily pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science in Cybersecurity from the Georgia Institute of Technology, starting in 2022 and finishing in 2025. Vasily also obtained additional certifications in various cybersecurity-related areas from the DevSecOps Academy. These certifications include "Compliance as Code for Terraform with Open Policy Agent" obtained in July 2021, "DAST for your web application Platform AWS & PHP" obtained in July 2021, and "Container Image Signing with Harbor" obtained in June 2021.
