Martina Mitic

Martina Mitic has extensive experience in customer success and support roles, presently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Kriptomat since October 2020, where Martina is responsible for setting the vision and strategic plan for the team to enhance product adoption and customer experience. Previous positions include Customer Success Team Leader and Customer Success Agent at Kriptomat, where Martina assisted customers throughout their journey with the product and provided support through various channels. Prior experience includes working as a Flight Attendant with Wizz Air, an Assistant to the Manager and Cosmetologist at Beauty Salon "Laluna," and a Freelance Administrative Personal Assistant. Martina holds a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the College of Applied Health Sciences Ćuprija.
