Emmanuel Lepoutre has worked in various roles in the business and finance industry since 2008. In 2008, they began working as a Planificador de Produccion y compra de materia prima and Analista de productos de terceros at Zaimella. In 2009, they became a Gestor Financiero at Banco Guayaquil. In 2011, they were a Gerente de Nuevos Negocios at Seminarium Ecuador. From 2012 to 2016, they were an Emprendedor y Consultor Proyecto Happiness and Gerente de Programas Abiertos at The Edge Group, Desarrollo Organizacional. In 2017, they were a Subgerente comercial at Tecniseguros Ecuador. In 2018, they became a Commercial Director and Business Development Manager at Kriptos, and in 2016 they were the CEO and Founder of Hazvaca Crowdfunding del Ecuador S.A.

Emmanuel Lepoutre began their educational journey in 1992 at Liceo Internacional, where they remained until 2000. Emmanuel then attended Colegio Menor San Francisco de Quito, where they earned a Bachiller in 2004. Afterward, they attended Trent University, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing in 2008. During their time at Trent University, they also took a course at ESSCA Ecole de management in 2007.
