Pratik Sharma

Pratik Sharma has a diverse work experience in various managerial roles. Pratik started their career in 2015 as an Operations Manager for Mr. Hot Foods Pvt. Ltd., where they successfully expanded India's biggest tiffin service chain into Indore and achieved profitability within a short time frame.

In 2018, Pratik joined LocoNav (BT TechLabs Pvt Ltd) as a Sales Manager, responsible for increasing revenue by selling telematics solutions. Pratik launched a successful franchise partner program and built a support team, resulting in increased customer satisfaction.

Later in 2018, Pratik was promoted to Cluster Manager, where they drove business in multiple cities and expanded the number of active cities from 3 to 11 in West Rajasthan. Pratik also established a strong base of franchise partners, contributing significantly to the company's success.

In 2021, Pratik joined Krishify® as an Operations Manager, leading pan-India ground operations. Pratik spearheaded initiatives to drive business development, revenue growth, and app engagement. Pratik also successfully launched the CL (Community Leader) model project, expanding the CL network to over 100 members in a single location and generating significant revenue.

Pratik Sharma completed their education with a Master of Technology (MTech) in Production Engineering from Jagannath University in Jaipur. Pratik pursued this degree from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Mechanical Engineering from Amity University Rajasthan in Jaipur. Pratik attended this institution from 2009 to 2013.
