Lilit Karapetyan

Lilit Karapetyan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lilit started their career as a Marketing Intern at AR Magic CJSC in December 2017 and worked there until March 2018. Lilit then joined Manana Youth Educational Cultural Center NGO in September 2012, initially as an Office Manager and later transitioning to the role of Project Assistant in January 2014. Lilit remained with the organization until May 2018. In 2018, Lilit joined Ameriabank CJSC as a Talent Acquisition junior specialist in June and quickly advanced to the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist in October. Lilit worked at Ameriabank until January 2021. Currently, Lilit is employed at Krisp, starting as a Talent Acquisition Partner in January 2021 and subsequently being promoted to the role of Senior Talent Acquisition Partner in January 2022.

Lilit Karapetyan obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Yerevan State University from 2010 to 2014. Lilit then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the American University of Armenia from 2014 to 2016. In addition, they obtained a certification in Technical Recruitment from meettal in February 2018.
