Nicola Steele has been with Krispy Kreme Australia & New Zealand since October 2006. Starting as a Crew Member, Nicola progressed through various roles such as Store Manager, Area Manager, and National Operations Manager. Currently serving as the CEO/President, Nicola is leading the team on a mission to become the most loved sweet treat brand in the world. With a background in Psychology from Swinburne University of Technology, Nicola has extensive experience in operations management, retail development, and property management within the company.
