Adele Dowlin

Adele Dowlin has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies. Adele is currently working as the Vice President of Talent Development at Krispy Kreme since May 2021. Prior to this, they held multiple roles at E. & J. Gallo Winery from 2010 to 2020, including Senior Director of Human Resources for HR Centers of Excellence and Senior Director of Human Resources as an HR Business Partner. At Starbucks Coffee, Adele worked as the Director of Organization Development from 2007 to 2010 and held various managerial positions from 1989 to 2007, including in Organization Development, Performance Measures, and Store Operations Services. Throughout their career, they have focused on talent development, HR management, and organizational effectiveness.

Adele Dowlin attended Cornell University ILR School and obtained a certificate in Organizational Design: An Essential HR Capability in 2014. Adele also attended the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and received Executive Education in Negotiating the Labor Contract in 2012. Additionally, they earned a Management Certificate in HR Management from Cornell University ILR School in 2009. Adele Dowlin holds an MBA from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business, which they completed in 2006. Adele also earned a BA in French from the University of Washington in 1993.
