Christie Cruz

Christie Cruz has a diverse work experience spanning several companies in the food industry. Christie most recently served as the Vice President of Global Operations Excellence at Krispy Kreme. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of New Stores at Edible Brands. Before joining Edible Brands, Christie was the Vice President of Franchise Operations, Operations Services & Training at Krystal Restaurants LLC. Christie also held various other positions at Krystal Restaurants LLC, including Vice President of Training & Operations Services and Sr. Director of Training & Operations Services. Additionally, they worked as the Director of Operations Support at Tropical Smoothie Cafe and as the Director of Operations Services and Manager of Learning & Development at The Krystal Company. Christie's career began at Arby's Restaurant Group, Inc. where they worked as an Area Supervisor, and they also served as a Store Manager at McDonald's.

Christie Cruz obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida in the years 2002-2013. Currently, they are pursuing an Executive MBA at the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business, expected to be completed in 2024.
