Kyle Sammons is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in workforce management and store operations. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Workforce Management at Krispy Kreme since April 2024, Kyle previously held the position of Senior Manager for Store Operations at EXPRESS, where responsibilities included managing various technology programs to enhance store performance. Prior roles include Senior Consultant at Connors Group and DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse, where Kyle focused on omni analytics and finance related to store operations. A graduate of The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Industrial & Systems Engineering, Kyle has a strong background in consulting for major retailers and improving efficiency and customer experience across various business segments.
