Lance Widmer

Lance Widmer has extensive experience in the retail and restaurant industry. Lance worked as a Service Deli Training Manager at Associated Retail Stores and later transitioned to Manager Workforce Management & Fair Workweek at Chipotle Mexican Grill. With a background in training and operations, Lance has successfully led solution design processes and implementations for workforce management systems. Following a brief break to care for a family member, Lance returned to their career with a resolved medical incident in January 2015.
