Manish Shamanna has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Manish started their career at American Express in 2013 as a RO - Retail Sales, where they worked until 2014. Following this, they joined Indianotion Communications as a Senior Client Services Manager from 2014 to 2015. Since 2015, Manish has been associated with Krispy Kreme in various roles. Manish initially served as City Manager - Operations from 2015 to 2017 before progressing to the position of Head of Operations from 2017 to 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Operations & Online Delivery Channel, which they have been serving since 2021. Recently, they have also taken on the role of Head of Operations & Marketing, starting in March 2022.
