Paul Hine

Paul Hine is an experienced sourcing and supply chain professional with a strong background in purchasing and logistics. Currently serving as Sourcing Director at Krispy Kreme since November 2024, Paul previously held the position of Supply Chain Director at St Austell Brewery from February 2023 to November 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Purchasing and Logistics Director and Head of Purchasing at Wasabi Sushi & Bento, as well as Purchasing and Logistics at Enterprise Inns Plc. Notably, Paul was Director of Purchasing and Logistics at JD Wetherspoon for over 14 years, where oversight included a £700M purchasing budget for a network of over 930 establishments. Paul began a career in purchasing at Jungheinrich UK Ltd, serving as Head of Purchasing for 13 years. Paul holds a Bachelor's Degree in Leisure Retail Management from Nottingham Trent University.
