Paulo Calil

Paulo Calil currently serves as the President of Krispy Kreme Brasil since May 2024, leveraging extensive experience in various leadership roles. Prior to this, Paulo was the CEO and partner at Benjamin, a rede do #TimePadaria, from March 2020 to April 2024. At Ofner, from February 2017 to February 2020, Paulo held the position of COO, focusing on retail operations, market expansion, and profitability. Paulo's career includes significant roles at GRU Airport, overseeing commercial strategy for non-aeronautical revenues, and strategic planning at Iguatemi S.A. Early in their career, Paulo held various positions at Itaú Unibanco, managing business risk and planning. Paulo enhanced professional expertise through an Executive MBA at IMD and an MBA in Finance from FIA Business School.
