Sam Abadir has a long and varied work experience. Sam began their career in 1986 at The Computer Answer as a Salesperson. Sam then moved to Boone County National Bank in 1989, where they held several roles. In 2000, they joined NetSales as a Project Manager. Sam then moved to Deloitte Consulting in 2001, where they held the role of Senior Manager twice. In 2011, they joined The Coffman Group as a Senior Manager, where they helped people who needed to sell more, sell more. In 2012, they joined Perceptive Software as a Solution Manager - SAP. Sam then moved to Lockpath, Inc. in 2013, where they held the roles of VP, Industry Solutions and Director of Product Management. In 2019, they joined NAVEX Global as the Director of Industry Solutions. In 2021, they joined TripleBlind as the Director of Partnerships. Most recently, in 2023, they joined Krista as the Vice President of Solutions, where they work on an AI-led Intelligent Automation platform.

Sam Abadir has a diverse educational background. Sam attended Rock Bridge High School from 1986 to 1988, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Sam then went on to the University of Missouri-Columbia from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a BS BA in Economics, Political Science, and English. In 1998, they began a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at The University of Kansas, which they completed in 2001. Sam also attended the University of Kansas Graduate School of Business from 1999 to 2001, where they earned an MBA in Information Technology and Finance. In addition, Abadir has obtained three certifications: Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) from ISACA in June 2019, Keylight Certified Consultant from LockPath, Inc. in October 2013, and Keylight Certified Professional from LockPath, Inc. in October 2013.
