The executive team at Kristin School has a long history of working in education. The team members have worked as a principal, deputy principal, head of faculty, boarding house director, and dean of studies at various schools. They also have experience as an assistant HOD, head of department, and deputy housemaster. The team members have degrees from the University of Canterbury and Harvard University.
