Sarah Jaslow

Sarah Jaslow is a skilled professional with extensive experience in quality control and scientific research in the field of molecular genetics and microbiology. Currently serving as a Senior Quality Control Specialist at Kriya Therapeutics, Inc., since May 2022, Sarah is responsible for writing and executing SOPs for GMP release testing of AAV drug products and conducting cell-based potency assays. Prior experience includes positions as a Senior Scientist at StrideBio, Inc., where Sarah designed multiplex ddPCR assays and optimized qPCR and ddPCR protocols, and as a Scientist, where Sarah developed an infectious particle assay and performed routine quality control testing. Educationally, Sarah holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Genetics and Microbiology from Duke University, complemented by a B.S. in Microbiology from Michigan State University, with additional research experience at Duke University and an international research stint at the University of Düsseldorf.
