William Hurley LEED GA has over 35 years of experience in the engineering field. William began their career in 1983 as an Apprentice Engineer for Evergreen Plaza Associates. In 1984, they moved to Evergreen Plaza Shopping Mall & Towers Office Building where they worked as a Stationary Engineer. In 1988, they joined CME Group as a Stationary Engineer and was promoted to Chief Engineer in the same year. In 2007, they took on the role of Consultant-Lead Building Engineer/Tishman Speyer at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange Building. In 2008, they were the Registry Stationary Engineer at Resurrection Health Care-West Suburban Medical Center and Chief Engineer at LaSalle Atrium Trader Building. From 2009 to 2015, they were Chief Engineer at JLL, managing operations across three buildings. In 2015, they became Chief Facility Engineer at MxD and Chief Engineer at Kroeschell Inc.

William Hurley attended DePaul University from 1977 to 1979 and Illinois State University from 1979 to 1980. William also attended Wright College for Steam Plant Operation. In addition, they obtained the LEED Green Associate certification from the US Green Building Council.
