David Lewis Frgs

David Lewis FRGS serves as the Managing Director and Global Head of AML Advisory at Kroll since January 2022. In addition, David holds a position as a Board Member for Lawyers Without Borders starting in October 2022. Previously, David was the Executive Secretary of the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) and OECD Director from October 2015 to January 2022. David also worked as a Senior Policy Advisor and Head of the Anti-Money Laundering Policy & Illicit Finance Unit at HM Treasury from November 2009 to October 2015, and held the role of Head of Branch at SOCA from April 2007 to November 2009. Early experience includes serving as a Senior Product Manager at Ordnance Survey from May 2004 to April 2007. David earned an MSc in Natural Resource Management from Cranfield University and a BA (Hons) in Cultural Studies from the University of Portsmouth. Education was completed at Haberdashers’ Monmouth Schools.
