Dermot Hughes

Dermot Hughes is an experienced Associate Director in the real estate sector with a strong focus on valuations across various asset classes, including healthcare, trading assets, development land, and investment properties. Currently serving at Sherry FitzGerald since August 2022, Dermot's role includes valuing significant portfolios of Primary Care Centers and nursing homes within the State. Previously, as Head of Valuations at Cushman & Wakefield since January 2019, Dermot has worked with prominent domestic and European clients, providing expertise across office, PRS, industrial, retail, and land sectors. Dermot's career in commercial real estate began at Buckley and Company Limited, where responsibilities included office agency and landlord-tenant advisory work, serving notable clients such as the States of Jersey and major financial institutions. Dermot Hughes is a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and a Registered Valuer.
