Irina Shteynberg

Irina Shteynberg is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Associate General Counsel and Director at Kroll since April 2024, where legal advice and support are provided to senior management, along with drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements. Prior to this role, Irina was Corporate Counsel at Leviton from July 2022 to April 2024, responsible for a wide range of contract negotiations and due diligence for acquisitions. Irina's legal career includes serving as Corporate Attorney at Solomon Blum Heymann LLP, where leadership was provided in corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance matters from August 2011 to June 2022. Earlier experience includes advising American subsidiaries of French companies at Thieffry et Associés, conducting legal research as a Judicial Law Clerk at the U.S. District Court, and representing clients at London Fischer LLP and Kanterman & Taub, P.C. Irina holds a JD from Suffolk University Law School and a BA in International Studies and French from Austin College.
