Mike Zohidov

Mike Zohidov is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in valuation and advisory services. Currently serving as Director of Portfolio Valuation at Kroll since July 2023, Zohidov previously held the position of Director of Valuation Services at RSM US LLP from November 2019 to May 2023. Prior to that, Zohidov worked at PwC as Director in the Deals - Valuation division from April 2011 to November 2017, and at Ernst and Young as Senior Manager in Transaction Advisory Services, Corporate Finance and M&A from November 2006 to April 2011. Zohidov began his career as a Bank Analyst and Associate at Chaffe & Associates, Inc. from June 2003 to October 2006. Zohidov earned a Master of Accounting with a focus in Finance and Accounting from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business in 2003, after completing a Bachelor of Science in Management with concentrations in Finance and Information Systems at the same institution in 2001.
