Nick Ellison is a Managing Director at Kroll since April 2020, leading the Technology Expert Services business with a focus on technology expert matters related to intellectual property, data privacy, and AI in technology disputes. In addition to this role, Nick serves as a Senior Director and External Consultant at Shape Works since April 2022, and co-founded Social Pops and iGiving, where Nick was Chief Technology Officer until July 2022. Nick’s entrepreneurial journey began as Founder of Purr and has included consultancy roles, such as Consultant CTO at Materials Market. Nick co-founded Choose a Challenge, serving as Chief Technology Officer, and held a Consultant position at Deloitte from August 2009 to May 2010.
