Richard Kerr is a Senior Director at Kroll, where expertise in governance, risk, and transparency is emphasized through the Data Insights and Forensics team. Since founding Cornerstones Consulting in 2014, Richard has focused on improving success rates in complex IT projects as an independent expert in IT and digital transformation. Previously, Richard served as a Director at IT Group, now a Kroll business, providing advisory services for technology-related dispute resolution and project success. With extensive experience dating back to 2002 at Best Practice Group, Richard has led numerous consultancy engagements, specializing in procurement, team assurance, and risk management across various sectors. Richard holds an LLB (Hons) degree in Law from the University of Wolverhampton and completed education at Ipswich School.
