Iman Derras

Iman Derras is an Assistant Attorney at Kromann Reumert, with a focus on M&A, Capital Markets, and Venture Capital since September 2018. Prior experience includes roles as a Student Intern in Corporate Real Estate and as a Student Assistant in APAC Legal at Saxo Markets Asia Pacific and in Group Legal at Saxo Bank, where Iman contributed to corporate law, financial regulation, and commercial contracts. Iman was also a supporter in the Dispute Resolution department at Plesner. Iman holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Copenhagen and an exchange degree from the University of Sydney, along with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Copenhagen. Additionally, Iman is a member of the Board of Saxo Students, a network for student assistants and associates within the Saxo Bank Group.
