Rune Morthorst

Rune Morthorst is an experienced attorney at Kromann Reumert, one of Denmark's leading law firms, where legal expertise is provided to Danish and foreign private equity and venture funds in the areas of M&A, capital markets, and corporate law. Previous roles include positions as an interim senior legal manager at European Energy A/S, teaching assistant for the Law of Obligations at the University of Copenhagen, and various legal internships, including a legal trainee position at Kromann Reumert focused on insolvency and restructuring. Educational qualifications include an LL.M. from both the University of Copenhagen and The University of Waikato, as well as a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Copenhagen.
