At Krome Image Labs, they led the creation of visually stunning lookbook galleries, designed and executed successful marketing campaigns, provided exceptional customer care, and focused on designing visually appealing Amazon product images. Before Krome Image Labs, John worked at SPi Global as a Corporate Communications Officer, where they produced a wide range of marketing materials and ensured consistency in visual identity and messaging. Earlier in their career, they worked at ByltAx Systems Inc as a Production Supervisor and Graphic and Web Designer.

John Frederick P. attended George Brown College from 2018 to 2019, where they studied Culinary Management. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Arts from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde, spanning from 2004 to 2009. Before pursuing their bachelor's degree, they attended De La Salle University from 2002 to 2004, majoring in CS - Information Technology.
