Jamie Marsay

Jamie Marsay has over 19 years of work experience. In 2019, they became the Principle Investigator and Head of Biotechnology at Kromek Group plc. In 2018, they worked as a Robotic Process Automation Consultant for Independant Consulting. From 2017 to 2000, they worked for Applied Scientific Technologies UK Ltd, where they were the Managing Director, driving and steering the company and researching and developing new emerging technologies. Jamie was also a Senior Manager and Project Manager at Labman Automation Ltd from 2000 to 2017, responsible for driving and steering organisational improvements and quality audits, ensuring custom engineering solutions are fit for purpose, and providing technical engineering input and expertise.

Jamie Marsay holds a BEng in Mechatronics from the University of Leeds, which they obtained between 1996 and 2000. Jamie also attended Yarm School. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including a Functional Safety Professional certification from TÜV SÜD in December 2015, a Performance Management certification from ACAS in November 2012, a Managing Persistent and Difficult Workplace Behaviors certification from ACAS in November 2011, and a Managing Disciplinary and Grievance certification from ACAS in July 2010.
