Kivanc Sürel has over 20 years of work experience in various industries. In 1998, they were a Project Specialist at the St. Jude Heritage Foundation, where they constructed and generated database reports for performance reporting, prepared monthly excel reports, and ran performance analysis. In 1999, they were a Product Manager at Atlas Development Corporation, where they composed extensive market research, competitive analysis, and market analysis on domestic and international markets. In 2000, they were a Managing Partner at Cyberbuck, an internet startup company focusing on pre-pay shopping card system and e-commerce. Kivanc started as a front-end web developer, leading a development team of 5 web designers and 2 programmers, and was promoted to product manager and managing partner within 4 months. In the same year, they were an E-business, Strategy Consultant at 1st Priority Solutions, a technology solution provider and value-added reseller. Kivanc started as a senior web designer/business analyst and designed the business flow, user interface, and web layout of the company's award-winning B2B web portal. In 2004, they were Vice President at Terpa Tekstil. In 2005, they were an International Account & Project Manager at Nexum Creative, a web agency. Kivanc managed all phases of web projects, promoted sales, and consulted with customers on e-business strategies. In 2008, they were General Coordinator at Parkyeri, Turkey's fastest growing technology company. Kivanc started as Business Development Manager focusing on international markets and helped manage the growth and strategy of the company. In 2014, they founded Accoumodo, a software development and consultancy company with Thai partners in Thailand. Kivanc's goal was to develop web and mobile applications for Thai brands, give consultancy on online and mobile marketing, and export technology via strategic partnerships. In 2015, they founded Zenkronn, a software development and consultancy company, focusing on high valued, high performing software solutions and projects. As CEO of the company, they managed all aspects of a startup, took on the development of Bilyoner's Tribun project, opened an R&D Branch in Izmir focusing on 2 globally game changer projects, added various values to customers via consultancy, business development strategies, and bringing on strategic partners. In 2019, they became Co-founder, Chairman, and CEO of Kronnika.

Kivanc Sürel began their educational career in 1979, attending Hasan Ali Yücel until 1983. Kivanc then moved on to Ata Collage, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in 1990. From there, they attended Istanbul University, where they earned a BA in Economics in English in 1995. Finally, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of San Francisco in 1998.
