Eric Ma is currently an HRBP/TA Partner at Kronos Research, where responsibilities include driving employee engagement initiatives, overseeing the full-cycle recruitment process, and managing HR records and employer branding activities. Prior experience includes serving as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at TomTom, focusing on end-to-end recruitment across the TW/CN/JP region, and a Recruitment Intern at Michaelpage Taiwan, where Eric provided recruitment solutions and career advice. Eric also completed mandatory military service with ROC Army in Taiwan and held an HR internship at Volkswagen Financial Services. Eric Ma holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from National Chengchi University, earned in 2021.
