Daniel Rogers has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Daniel started their career in 2004 as an Assistant Bar and Restaurant Manager at JW Lees Brewery, where they were responsible for managing staff, scheduling shifts, and resolving customer issues. In 2010, they transitioned to becoming a Pub Licensee at Marston's Inns, where they handled staff recruitment, budget management, and promotion of the business. Daniel then joined Hygiene Innovation in 2014 as a Business-to-Business Hygiene Manager, overseeing customer relationships, workload planning, and reporting to senior management. In 2016, they became a Complaints Team Leader at PPI Claimline, where they managed a team, analyzed performance metrics, and produced reports. In 2019, they joined CarFinance 247 as a Customer Experience and Service Lead, overseeing multiple teams and working closely with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
