Ishmael Conteh has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Ishmael began their career in 2011 as a Waiter at Compass Group, where they gained valuable customer service skills by welcoming and serving guests at banquets and events. From there, they moved on to Mars in 2012, working as a Visual Merchandiser at M&M's World, where they focused on increasing sales by up-selling promotional items and providing excellent customer service. In 2016, Ishmael worked as a Videographer & Editor at BCL Music Festival, capturing footage of various events held in Cyprus. Later that year, they joined NatWest as a Personal Banker, where they played an integral role in guiding and assisting customers with their banking needs, particularly in the realm of online banking. Ishmael was recognized as a Tech X-Pert and became the first point of contact for digital queries. Most recently, Ishmael joined Kroo Bank in 2022 as a Customer Support Specialist, where they continue to provide assistance and support to customers.

Ishmael Conteh attended the University of Bedfordshire from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Media Production. In addition, Ishmael Conteh obtained a Chartered Personal Banker Certification from the Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework Partnership (SCQF Partnership) in March 2017.
