Lucas Bruck

Lucas Bruck has a diverse work experience in software development and engineering. Lucas started their career as a Data Processor at Australian University Sport, where they remodeled and indexed participation and performance records. Lucas then worked as a Junior Full Stack Engineer at Sensavation, where they built a browser agnostic front end and worked on a flow programming engine and relational databases.

Lucas then joined Macquarie Group as an Intern Full Stack Developer, working with C++, Python, and angular8 for Commodities and Global Markets Team. Later, they joined Brokat Studio as a Junior Web Developer, responsible for development and client relations.

Lucas continued their career at Mycelium as a Full Stack Engineer, contributing to a large project in the DeFi space. Lucas also worked closely with the founders and managed remote staff. Lucas then joined Crewman Four as a Full Stack Engineer, playing a key role in transforming a proof-of-concept into a feature-rich web application.

Lucas returned to Macquarie Group as a Software Engineer on the Digital Platforms Team. Their responsibilities included Google Cloud integration and maintaining services using GitOps and Kubernetes.

Lucas then joined Weel (Previously DiviPay) as a Full Stack Engineer, involved in developing user-facing web and mobile apps, core infrastructure, and payment and banking infrastructure. Lucas also formed a new platform team at DiviPay.

Currently, Lucas is working at Kroo as a Software Developer.

Lucas Bruck completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from West Virginia University Institute of Technology from 2015 to 2016. Following that, they pursued their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics and Computer Science at The University of Queensland from 2016 to 2020.
