Mariana Acosta

Mariana Acosta has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the design and research fields. Mariana is currently working as a User Researcher at Kroo Bank since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Banco BASE as a Service Designer from November 2020 to August 2021.

Before their time at Banco BASE, Mariana worked at NEORIS as a User Experience Researcher and UX Researcher. Mariana held these roles from January 2019 to November 2020. Additionally, they worked as a Design Intern at NEORIS before transitioning to the research roles.

Mariana also has experience as a UI/UX Designer at Rocket Business Ventures from March 2018 to July 2018. Mariana'sresponsibilities included UI/UX design for national clients, supporting graphics, branding, prototyping, and concept development of prospective projects. Mariana also provided research and strategy analysis support.

Mariana Acosta's education history begins in 2014 when they enrolled at Tecnológico de Monterrey. Mariana pursued a degree in Industrial Design and completed their studies in 2018. Following that, in 2021, Mariana attended The Glasgow School of Art for the MDes Design Innovation and Service Design program, which concluded in 2022.

Additionally, Mariana has obtained several certifications. In December 2020, they received a certification in Digital Transformation and Diseño de Experiencia en Servicios from Coursera. Mariana further acquired a certification in Qualitative Research Methods from the same institution in January 2022.
