Juan Carlos Miranda

Juan Carlos Miranda has an extensive work experience in the field of information technology and management. Juan Carlos started their career in 2000 at Banco Nacional, where they served as an IT Manager and Project Manager for 8 years. Juan Carlos then moved to Grupo Mutual Alajuela in 2007, where they initially created a Project Manager Office and later became the Chief Information Officer. In 2017, they joined Grupo Promerica as the Chief Enterprise Architect, where they established the Enterprise Architecture Department. Currently, they are working at Kruger Corp as the Regional Manager for Centroamerica and VP Consultoria Latam.

Juan Carlos Miranda pursued an education in engineering, specializing in systems, from 1997 to 2000 at the Universidad Latina de Costa Rica. Juan Carlos later enrolled in the Universidad para la Cooperación Internacional in 2004 and completed a Master's degree in Project Management. Alongside their formal education, Juan Carlos also obtained several certifications in various fields, including Agile methodologies, IT service management, and business strategies, among others.
