Eric Cin currently serves as the Vice President of Automotive at Kruger Family Industries, where responsibilities include leading the Corporate Sales Team to enhance business development for Automotive OEMs and implementing customer retention strategies for the Penda and Duraliner Brands. Previously, Eric held the position of Senior Vice President OE and Business Development at ARB 4x4 Accessories USA, focusing on expanding the ARB brand within the off-road and overlanding markets. Prior to that, Eric spent over a decade at Ford Motor Company in various roles, including Global Director of Vehicle Personalization, Accessories, and Licensing, as well as Director of US Client Service Operations for the Lincoln Motor Company. Eric's career at Ford also included responsibilities as Regional Manager overseeing sales and marketing for a network of 300 dealerships. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a focus on Finance and Marketing, from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.
