David Cooper

David Cooper is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management and legal collection. Currently, David serves as the Legal Collection Manager at KRUK Italia S.r.l. since July 2019, holding additional roles such as Legal Collection Manager - ad interim and Continuous Improvement Specialist. Prior to this position, David worked at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd from September 2013 to June 2019, progressing from Project Manager and IT Project Manager to Senior Project Manager, focusing on the new D2C digital platform, FutureYou. David began the career as a Graduate Trainee in Project Management and Business Analysis. Earlier professional experience includes working as an Operations Excellence Facilitator at Cummins Inc., where a significant shop floor transformation project was project managed in Germany. David holds a degree in Business Management with European Study from the University of Exeter, completed in 2013.
